Tengaaa currently supports the following digital payment options: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) Mobile Money (where available: e.g., M-Pesa, Ecocash, MTN Mobile) Bank Transfers Flutterwave / Paystack / Stripe integrations Tengaaa Wallet (coming soon) Payment methods may vary by country or seller. We use encrypted payment gateways (e.g., Flutterwave, Stripe, Paystack) to process transactions. Your payment details are not stored on Tengaaa servers โ all transactions are protected by SSL encryption and handled by certified PCI-DSS compliant providers. Once payment is successful: Youโll receive an order confirmation email and invoice. The seller will be notified to begin fulfillment. Your funds may be held temporarily until the order is delivered, depending on the order type. Sellers receive payments once: The product is marked as delivered or completed, and No disputes or refund requests are pending. Payouts are made to the sellerโs linked mobile money account, bank, or wallet, depending on their selected payout method. If a payment fails: No funds are deducted from your account. Youโll be notified to try again or use an alternate method. If funds are debited but no order is created, contact support โ weโll resolve the issue promptly. Tengaaa monitors all payments to detect suspicious activity. Fraudulent transactions may result in: Account suspension Order cancellation Reporting to authorities or payment processors Always use your own verified payment method.
