• The seller will be notified to begin fulfillment.

Sellers receive payments once:

• The product is marked as delivered or completed, and

• No disputes or refund requests are pending.

Payouts are made to the seller’s linked mobile money account, bank, or wallet, depending on their selected payout method.

If a payment fails:

• No funds are deducted from your account.

• You’ll be notified to try again or use an alternate method.

• If funds are debited but no order is created, contact support — we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
