      At Tengaaa, we are committed to ensuring buyer satisfaction while protecting our sellers. Please read this Refund & Return Policy to understand your rights, responsibilities, and how we handle disputes.


      🛍️ 1. Eligibility for Refunds

      Buyers may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

      • Item was not delivered within the specified timeframe.

      • Item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

      • Wrong item was delivered.

      • Seller fails to respond or resolve a complaint within a reasonable time.


      📦 2. Return Conditions

      To be eligible for a return:

      • Item must be in its original condition and packaging (unless it arrived damaged).

      • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

      • Buyer must provide proof (photos/videos) of the issue when applicable.

      • Digital goods, hygiene products, perishable items, or customized orders are non-refundable.


      🔁 3. How to Request a Refund

      1. Log in to your Tengaaa account.

      2. Go to My Orders > Request Refund.

      3. Select the item and explain the issue with supporting evidence.

      4. Our support team or the seller will review your request within 3–5 business days.

      If approved, you may receive:

      • A full or partial refund to your original payment method.

      • A replacement item (if stock is available).

      • Instructions for returning the item (if applicable).


      💳 4. Refund Processing Time

      Once approved:

      • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

      • You’ll receive an email notification when your refund is completed.


      ❌ 5. Refunds May Be Denied If:

      • The product matches the description and was delivered on time.

      • You changed your mind after purchase.

      • You submitted false claims or used the product before requesting a refund.

      • The request was made outside the allowed timeframe.


      ⚖️ 6. Disputes & Escalations

      If you're unsatisfied with the seller’s resolution, you may escalate the issue to Tengaaa Support. We will review the case and make a fair decision based on evidence provided by both parties.
